Journal of an Outlaw – Book 3

Book 3

Book Description
The Journal of an Outlaw Series is a comedic take on the fantasy genre. Book 3 is a 214-page book with 100 journal entries that marks the return of our favorite unnamed rogue in the Unremembered Realms. The book series has been described as a blend of Lord of the Rings and Monty Python.

Book 3 spends more time fleshing out the Unremembered realms and allowing the author to play with his world. If you thought you read it all in Books 1&2, prepare for some big surprises! The book is meant for adults, but the humor is safe for kids to read. The references and situations that the Outlaw finds himself in will have you turning page after page to see what other mess he’s gotten himself into or out of.

From the Back Cover
We awoke on the dewey grass of the cemetery. It was still nightband the only thing I could see was the small Prankenfaerie who had tricked us. She was reading my journal on top of a headstone and giggling. “You’re finally awake,” she stated, resting her arms back upon the pages of the book. “Did you have a blast or what?”
Badwigg the dwarf moaned as I shook him awake. He blinked a few times before sitting up and adjusting his awful toupee. “It was all a trick,” I said, spitting blood on the ground. “We were almost killed!”
The little faerie roared with laughter at this and rolled back and forth between the pages of my journal holding her stomach. “I wish I could have seen the look on your faces when you took the gem off the dais and released the armored lich!”
I stood up slowly, wincing from the pain and sauntered up to the mischievous little creature. “I found this book on you,” the prankenfaerie said. “I hope you don’t mind me reading it. After all, I thought you were dead!”
“Do you find my entries funny,” I asked, resting myself up with an arm on the headstone.
“Hilarious,” the little pest said between chuckles. “But you should add a prankenfaerie in here; it would make it more interesting.”
I looked over at Badwigg who gave me a smile and a nod. “If you insist,” I replied, slamming my journal shut on her.
